Method

How to do it:

1. Place all ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl.
2. Blend using cake paddle for on low speed for approximately 1 minute.
3. Scrape down and mix at 2nd speed for 4 minutes.
4. Slowly add oil while mixing on low speed.
5. Deposit into muffin pans until 2/3 full.
6. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
