Method

How to do it:

1. Place water, whole eggs, Apito Blueberry Paste and Bakels Muffin Mix in a mixing bowl.
2. Blend using cake paddle for 1 minute on low speed.
3. Scrape down and mix on medium speed for 4 minutes.
4. Gradually add vegetable oil while mixing on low speed.
5. Deposit 60-g batter into greased and lined muffin pans.
6. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes or until done.
