How to do it:

1. Mix all ingredients until combined. Do not overmix.
2. Chill the batter for 20 minutes.
3. Form the batter into a square and flatten to 1.5” height.
4. Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven. Cool and slice crosswise into approximately 0.5-inch thickness.
6. Bake again at 160°C for 10 minutes on each side.
