Method

How to do it:

1. Combine Bakels Muffin Mix, instant oats, eggs and softened butter in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix for 1 minute on low speed. Do not overmix.
3. Add chopped Apito Cooking Chocolate and mix for 15-30 seconds.
4. Using an ice cream scooper or teaspoon, drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly.
5. Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
6. Immediately remove from cookie sheet and let cool on rack.
