Chocolate Raisin Scones

How to do it:
1. Place Evaporated Milk, all-purpose flour, Dairy Blend Butter, Raisin and Bakels Premier Chocolate Muffin Mix in a mixing bowl.
2. Blend using a cake paddle for approximately 1 minute at low speed.
3. Scrape down and mix at medium speed for 4 minutes.
4. Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead gently
5. Pat out to about 1 inch fluted pastry cutter
6. Bake at 230°C for 10 minutes.
Yield: 50g/15pieces
