How to do it:
1. Place Premiere Butterscotch Muffin Mix, desiccated coconut, eggs and butter in a mixing bowl.
2. Blend using cake paddle for approximately 1 minute at low speed.
3. Scale to 10g each and place in a baking tray lined with silpat. Flatten.
4. Bake at 150°C for 15-20 minutes or until done.
Yield: 28 pieces x 10g
