Method

How to do it:

1. Mix all ingredients except for water at 1st speed for 30 seconds. Scrape bowl.
2. Add water gradually while mixing at 2nd speed for 1 minute. Scrape bowl.
3. Continue mixing for 1 minute at the same speed and scrape bowl.
4. Scoop using a small ice cream scoop.
5. Place on flat sheets with spaces in between cookies.
6. Bake at 190°C for 12-14 minutes.
