Eggless Chocolate Cake

How to do it:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
2. Combine Fino Chocolate Cake Mix, water, oil, glucose and vinegar.
3. Mix on low speed until smooth.
4. Pour into a greased and paper-lined small size- muffin pan.
5. Prepare crumb topping.
(1) In a small bowl, combine Graham cracker crumbs, chopped nuts and melted butter.
(2) Stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips.
6. Pour crumb topping on top.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until done.
8. Cool. Serve.
Yield: 40 pieces x 22 grams
