Method

How to do it:

Dough:
1. Place in a mixing bowl combine the olive oil, zucchini, onion, cubed bacon, eggs, cheese, salt & pepper.
2. Add the Bakels Gluten Free Health Bread Mix and mix until combined.
3. Place the dough into 1 - 1.5oz cupcake pan.
4. Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes or until baked.
