How to do it:

1. Soften or slightly melt butter.
2. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl
3. Using a paddle, mix on first speed for 1 min.
4. Scrape down
5. Mix for 4 mins on second speed.
6. Deposit 70g into friand tins.
7. Bake at 180C
8. Let friands set before removing from tins

NOTE: For filled friands, inject Bakels Fruit Fillings into the batter prior to baking.

Yield: 52 pieces x 70g
