Method

How to do it:

1. Combine Bakels Whipping Cream and cold water in a mixing bowl. Mix using a paddle
for 5 minutes. Scrape.
2. Gradually add water while mixing on medium speed for 5 minutes. Scrape.
3. Mix further using a wire whisk for 5 minutes.
4. Use as desired.

Variations:
1. Soda Cream – Replace cold water with an equal amount of cold soda. Proceed as above.
2. Orange Cream – Replace cold water with an equal amount of sweetened orange juice. Proceed as above.
