Kiwi Sponge Cake
How to do it:
1. Combine Bakels Kiwi Muffin Mix, Bakels Muffin Mix and whole eggs in a mixing bowl.
2. Whisk on low speed until smooth and even.
3. Gradually add vegetable oil and Ovalett while mixing on high speed for 3-5 minutes.
4. Deposit batter in an 8-inch round pan.
5. Bake at 170°C for 30-40 minutes.
Yield: 1 piece 8-inch round cake
