Multiseed Raisin Rolls
How to do it:
1. Place all dry ingredients in the mixing bowl. Mix on low speed or 30 seconds.
2. Add water. Mix on low speed for 2 minutes, then mix on high speed until 90% developed.
3. Add raisins. Mix until fully developed.
4. Scale, round and mold into rolls. Proof.
5. Proof and bake at 220°C with steam.
Yield: 69 pieces x 40g rolls
