How to do it:
1. Toast all purpose flour in moderate heat until light brown , stirring constantly.
2. In a bowl, mix together the toasted flour, milk, sugar, pinipig and melted shortening and butter.
3. Mix thoroughly.
4. Using round or oval polvoron molder, shape the mixture.
5. Wrap in Japanese paper or cellophane.
