Poppy and Yoghurt Cake

How to do it:
1. Place water, eggs, Bakels Muffin Mix, Apito Lemon Paste and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl.
2. Blend for approx. 1 minute.
3. Scrape down.
4. Blend in yoghurt on slow speed for 1 minute.
5. Blend in poppy seeds manually.
6. Deposit in a greased round tin and bake at 180°C.
7. Top cake with glaze.
Glaze:
Combine ingredients and mix manually until smooth.
