How to do it:
1. Place Bakels Mamon Mix, whole eggs, Brite Vanilla Extra Strength and water in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix using wire whisk for 10 minutes at high speed.
3. Scrape down and fold in melted butter.
4. Deposit 30-g batter into lined steamed cake pans.
5. Steam for 15 minutes. (Do not open steamer until done)
6. Remove from pan immediately after steaming.
7. Brush surface with softened butter and grate cheese on top.
Yield: 15 pieces x 30g batter
