How to do it:
Red Velvet Layer:
1. Blend water, oil, eggs and glucose in a bowl. Add Bakels Red Velvet Cake Mix, APF, sugar and mix using a paddle on low speed for 30 seconds.
2. Deposit batter in greased 9x9 inch pan
3. Gently spread the cream cheese layer. Create a swirl pattern using spatula 4. Bake for 35 minutes at 180C. Do not overbake.
Cream Cheese Layer:
1. Whisk all ingredients on high speed for 1 minute. Scrape down.
2. Whisk on high speed until light.
Yield: 25 pieces squares x 32g
