Smokey Caramel Cookie
How to do it:
1. Cream Bakels Dairy Blend on medium speed until light and fluffy.
2. Add Apito Biscuit Mix and mix on low speed until well-combined. Do not overmix!
3. Flatten the dough and cover with cling wrap. Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour for easier handling (OPTIONAL STEP).
4. After chilling the dough, divide it into smaller portions.
5. Flatten each portion on a cookie sheet, tap a hole in the center of flattened cookie.
6. Pipe Caramel Cream on top.
7. Bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes or until done.
