How to do it:
- Mix Bakels Whipping Cream on medium speed for 3 minutes using a paddle.
- Add Bakels Dairy Blend and continue mixing on medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Replace the paddle with a wire whisk.
- Mix on high speed while gradually adding water. Continue mixing until the desired volume and consistency is achieved.
- Mix in Les Fruits 50% Strawberry until well incorporated.
Yield: Can cover one 8-inch cake; can cover two 6-inch cakes; can frost 30 cupcakes
