How to do it:
- Soak Fino Meal Base in water for 15 minutes and then drain.
- Combine bread flour, Bakels Instant Active Dry Yeast and Dobrim High Speed.
- Dissolve salt, sugar and molasses in water and combine with flour mixture. Add in the soaked Fino Meal Base.
- Mix for 2 minutes on low speed then add Bakels Shortening.
- Continue mixing at high speed for 5 minutes.
- Scale to desired weight and mold.
- Rest dough for 15 minutes.
- Mold as desired.
- Proof then bake at 180°C.
