Method

How to do it:
1. Melt unsalted butter.
2. Combine Fino Potato Flakes, salt and ground black pepper in a large bowl.
3. Combine fresh milk, boiling water and melted butter.
4. Immediately pour (in small amount) hot liquid mixture in the potato flakes mixture, continuously mixing using a wire whisk or by an electric mixer.
5. Beat until desired consistency is reached.
