Method

How to do it:

1. Soak Fino Meal Base and Bakels Eight Grain base in water, then drain.
2. Place water, eggs and Bakels Muffin Mix in a mixing bowl.
3. Blend using a cake paddle for approximately 1 minute on low speed.
4. Scrape down and mix on medium speed for 4 minutes.
5. Slowly add cooking oil while mixing on low speed.
6. Scrape down and add Fino Meal Base and Bakels Eight Grain Base on low speed.
7. Deposit in muffin tins.
8. Sprinkle Bakels Eight Grain Base on top.
9. Bake at 180°C for 20- 25 minutes.
