How to do it:
- Place water, eggs and Bakels Muffin Mix in a mixing bowl.
- Blend using cake paddle attachment for 1 minute at low speed.
- Scrape down and mix at second speed for 4 minutes.
- Slowly add vegetable oil while mixing at low speed.
- Add Les Fruits Blueberry 50% and fold gently.
- Deposit into prepared muffin pan until 2/3 full.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
