Method

How to do it:

1. Mix altogether Bakels Muffin Mix, World Compound Butter and eggs in a mixing bowl using a paddle attachment for 2-3 minutes.
2. Once the cookie dough is formed. Add the Butterscotch Chips or desired add-ons.
3. Scale the cookie dough at 35 grams.
4. Chill the dough for 10-15 minutes prior to baking.
5. Bake for 10-13 minutes at 180°C.

Yield

21 pieces at 35 grams
