Method

How to do it:

Cupcake:
1. Mix all ingredients except for the oil for 1 minute at low speed.
2. Shift to medium speed and mix for 3 minutes.
3. Gradually add oil while mixing at low speed.
5. Deposit 60g batter in cupcake liners.
6. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
