How to do it:
Batter:
1. Blend all ingredients, except Fino Dark Chocolate Chips, in a mixer for 2-3 minutes. Scrape.
2. Add the Fino Dark Chocolate Chips and mix for another 2 minutes on medium speed.
3. Deposit the batter in a lined 11x16x3 jelly roll pan.
4. Bake at 180-190°C for 15-18 minutes.
5. Cool down.
Chocolate Icing:
1. Combine the sugar, Bakels Alkalized Cocoa Powder and Bakels Dairy Blend in a bowl and whisk until light and fluffy.
2. Add the fresh milk and continue whisking for 1-2 minutes.
