How to do it:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine Apito Biscuit Mix, Bakels World Compond Butter, and Bakels Pesto Herb. Mix on low speed for 30 seconds.
2. Continue mixing on medium speed for 1 and a half minutes. Do not overmix if dough would be sheeted in between plastic sheets or wax paper and use a cookie cutter to cut the dough. Another option is to mix the dough for 2-5 minutes on high speed or until the dough is in pipeable condition. Place in a piping bag with desired nozzle and pipe the cookie dough.
3. Place the cookie dough on a greased tray.
4. Bake at 180°C for 8-12 minutes
Yield: 40 pieces x 10g
