How to do it:

1. Combine all ingredients except frying oil and mix using a fork.
2. Scoop out mixture and deposit in heated frying oil.
3. Fry for 1 min or until light brown color
4. Remove from from oil and drain on paper towel.
5. Serve while hot with Sour Cream or Sweet & Sour dip.
