Method

How to do it:

Filling:
1. Boil all purpose cream on a hot pot.
2. Remove from heat and gradually add NT Dark Chocolate. Blend until the chocolates melt.
3. Fold in Orange Cream.

Cookies:
1. Using wire whisk, mix Bakels Eggless Cake Mix and water for 1 minute at low speed.
2. Shift to high speed and mix for 7 minutes.
3. Pipe 5g circles in a silpat.
4. Bake at 150°C until edges start to brown.
5. Cool and put approximately 5-6g filling on each cookie sandwich.
