How to do it:
1. Place Bakels Muffin Mix, eggs, compound butter, oat and Fino Malt Base in a mixing bowl.
2. Blend using a cake paddle for approximately 1 minute at low speed.
3. Add Fino Dark Chocolate Chips and mix for 30 seconds at low speed.
4. Scale to 20g, round then place in baking sheets. Flatten.
5. Bake at 150°C for 25 minutes.
Yield: 37 pieces x 20g
