Method

How to do it:

1. Place all ingredients in a mixer.
2. With a paddle attachment, mix the batter for about 2-3 minutes. Scrape.
3. Mix again for another 1 minute, then deposit in a greased and lined 9” square pan. Flatten and spread evenly.
4. Bake at 180°C for 20-22 minutes.
