Method

How to do it:

1. Combine all ingredients and mix for 1 minute at low speed. Scrape.
2. Shift to medium speed and mix for 1 minute.
3. Scoop batter and pour on a non-stick 7” x 7” square pan.
4. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
5. Cool.
