How to do it:
1. Combine all cake ingredients.
2. Mix for 30 seconds at low speed using a paddle.
3. Pour batter into ensaymada pan lined with banana leaves.
4. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
5. Spread Caramel Cream on top.
6. Sprinkle with grated coconut.
7. Top with salted egg.
Yield: 40 pieces x 125g
