How to do it:
- Combine Pettina Classic Cheesecake Mix, sugar, heavy cream and plain yogurt in a mixing bowl.
- Using a cake paddle, mix at medium speed for 1 minute and scrape down.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix until well combined.
- Deposit into a prepared round pan lined with two parchment papers.
- Bake at 200°C in a convection oven for 30 minutes. The center should remain jiggly.
- Let the baked cheesecake cool down.
- Refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight to set.
