Chocolate Fruit Cake
How to do it:
1. Blend Fino Chocolate Cake Mix, Butta Butteroil Substitute, eggs and water for 1 minute at 1st speed.
2. Scrape down and then mix at 2nd speed for 4 minutes.
3. Fold-in glazed fruits and walnuts.
4. Deposit batter in paper-lined 8” round pan and bake at 170°C for 80-90 minutes.
Yield: One 8” round cake
