How to do it:

1. Using a wire whisk, mix ingredients except Apito ube paste on high speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down.
3. Add Apito ube paste and mix on high speed for 6 min.
4. Deposit batter into a greased and lined 8” round pan.
5. Bake at 150°C.
6. After baking, remove the sponge immediately in the cake pan.

Yield: 1 piece 8” cake
