How to do it:

Muffins:
1. Combine all ingredients. Mix for 1 min at slow speed. Scrape down.
2. Continue mixing for 6 mins at medium speed.
3. Deposit 140 gms batter in muffin tins
4. Bake at 200°C for 25-35 mins.
